ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Because of the delicate and perishable nature of seeds, we are unable to accept returns.
Should the customer be justifiably dissatisfied with any of the seeds sent by us, he or she may send an email, stating the reasons. After checking the complaint, we will send replacement seeds or seeds of a different species.


Once the seeds are shipped, we can’t accept returns. On receipt of your order please verify the completeness and intact condition. If there are any items missing which were in the original order or if you feel that some item is not in the condition it should be (infestation, physical damage, disease), please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Please do not send back the items unless asked for it. For communication with us please take photos of the items which present problems and attach them to your message. We will do everything possible to solve the problem immediately to ensure complete satisfaction of the customer.
Printed short germination directions will be presented for every item in the order.

1. WE ALWAYS USE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY OUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR ( PAYPAL ) REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING ADDRESSES PROVIDED AT STORE ACCOUNT! PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES ARE THE SAME!

In case you would like to send the package using a different shipping address than provided at your PayPal account, please add a new required shipping address at your PayPal account and use it to place an order.

 

3. We DO NOT cooperate with Freight Forwarding companies and do not recommend shipping using Freight Forwarding addresses. In the case the package was shipped using Freight Forwarding, we are not responsible for package loss or other delivery related problems after the tracking number shows the package as DELIVERED by USPS to the domestic shipping address provided at checkout. The refund issued.for Packages returned due delivery problems related to the forwarding are subject to 30% restocking fee. Order shipping cost would be excluded from Refund as well.

 

4.Because of the delicate and perishable nature of the seeds and long time in an uncontrolled environment the returned seeds cannot be resold, packages returned from abroad due incorrect shipping address, Customs problems, unclaimed or refused at delivery are not subject for Refund.

 

5. We do not include Phytosanitary Certificates within the seeds for international buyers. Please provide us with required import permission from your side if such is required by the law of your country.

 

6. We are unable to control a buyer's country's laws, any returned, confiscated or destroyed shipment by a buyer's country is out of our hands and the risk and responsibility the buyer takes if they don't know their country's laws.

 

7. We DO NOT keep and DO NOT sell stratified seeds because stratified seeds can not be kept or be in transit for a long time.
