Germination | 1. Soak in water for 24 hours. 2. Cold/moist stratify for 90-120 days at +5C in the fridge in airtight bag or container. 3. Sow ~5 mm deep in the soil. Keep warm, in bright room. Pprick the seedlings out into individual pots and grow them on in light shade in the cold frame for at least their first winter. Plant them out into their permanent positions in late spring or early summer, after the last expected frosts. |
